Jason is a work assistant run by Easy AI Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. (CÔNG TY TNHH GIẢI PHÁP CÔNG NGHỆ EASY AI, tax code 0318886157) for the people of the workspaces it serves. This page says what it does with the Google account a person connects to it.
When a person signs in with Google, Jason asks for: their email address; Google Drive (to read and fill in the files they or their chats name); Gmail (to search, read and send mail they ask for); YouTube (to manage their channel's videos and comments when asked); and Google Calendar (so the assistant can join the Google Meet meetings on their calendar to take notes, find free times, and book, move or cancel the meetings they ask for).
Google data is used only to do what the person, or the chat working for them, asks: read a file, send an email, join a meeting and keep its notes. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not shared with anyone else. Jason's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Google refresh token is sealed and stored on the workspace owner's own machine, never on a shared server. Files read from Drive and meeting transcripts are kept on that machine for up to 14 days.
Disconnect Google in Jason's settings, or remove Jason at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Both end its access at once.
